Please note that our stamps are large as they reflect the wording requirements as required by law. Some people use small stamps and leave out necessary wording, and use it for every scenario. We follow strict guidelines to ensure that the law is precisely adhered to, to ensure your document has been endorsed fully and completely.
We have 5 stamps for every scenario. The last thing a client wants to hear is that the stamp used is insufficient or invalid. We at easyoaths.ca ensure that all stamps have exact wording as mandated by the Notaries and Commissioners Act.
How to Prepare

Valid ID
Please have your unexpired valid government photo ID ready.
Wait to Sign
Do not sign your documents before our meeting.
Pre-fill Forms
Fill out all other fields on your forms beforehand.
Interpreter ID
If there is an interpreter, please ensure they also have an unexpired valid government photo ID.
Payment Information
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept:
